Question in two parts.
1) What program / IDE / code editor you would be advised to use a coder?
I want to:
- Not too bulky (or customizable off excess)
- Support for Emmet (former ZenCoding)
- The ability to create "projects" and comfortable with them managed
- A normal system snippets
- Write what you think is important
On the first two points have more than satisfied with Notepad + +, but I want more
2) Are there at all in the nature of the program, which would have to write in html design class = «blablabla» automatically created in css empty rule to its name?
