Hello Habrovchane.
I would like to do a little online survey IDE, having a free and paid
version, which I started using because of some problems with Cloud9IDE .
I will not describe the problem, but sometimes the system was
completely unavailable for several hours a day, which has spurred the
search for a replacement. Requirements have not been high and therefore I chose IDE ShiftEdit
, which grew rapidly and annual subscription ShiftEdit only 50 USD (or 5
USD per month) and this money can add an unlimited number of projects
and provide access to their colleagues.
It was quite enough features out of the box to edit customer sites via ftp.
Were seen nice features:
- At the time of updating some IDE system remains accessible and offers apply the updates. At this point, it automatically saves all open documents and reload them with new opportunities IDE.
- Supports Drag & Drop to load.
- There are 2 skins java.lang.Object Blue and Gray.
- Support order code.
- Ability to select entire rows.
- Highlighting the current active line.
- Design Mode allows WYSIWYG editing of HTML documents, but I personally do not like this option.
- Keyboard shortcuts - you can choose to VIM or Zen Coding.
Of the system settings, I would pick the most useful to me:
Decent number of settings and I will not describe all who are interested will be able to see yourself.
This system is more suited for those who need to as I edit multiple projects simultaneously. It allows me to do it through ftp access to hosting customers rassharivat projects between artists and it is quite stable. For all the time using the service has been available only once, which can not be said about Cloud9, although there the treats and delights in principle Cloud9 impressed me more, but that's another story.
Key features:
- Allows you to edit documents written in these languages PHP, Ruby, Python, Perl, Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
- Online editing of documents via FTP / SFTP, Dropbox and Google Drive, github unfortunately unavailable for many, when choosing an online IDE, this disadvantage will be critical;
- You can keep a few projects, but in the paid version;
- Collaborate on projects - you can invite colleagues;
- The ability to import from Dreamweaver projects in the paid version;
- Code completion (does not always work correctly);
- Syntax checking on the fly;
- Revert changes chronologically viewing history is also available in the paid version;
- Snippets;
- Find / Replace text;
- And all kinds of chips, such as line numbers, Auto-brackets and tags;
- Support SHH Key authentication;
- Email support for the paid version;
