In September we learned that Microsoft had opened a development studio in London to design games on Windows 8 tablets. Lee Schuneman, formerly director of the company Rare was bought by Microsoft, was placed at the head of the new studio. Microsoft today announced the creation of a new label called "Play" and specifically focuses on the followers of Windows 8 and Windows RT.

Specifically, users will be able to play a selection of Xbox Live Arcade games directly to their computer / tablet, provided of course that they are compatible. This new section includes a dozen titles in its launch among which we find: The Gunstringer, Pinball FX, Rocket Riot or 3D Skulls of the Shogun. These games are available for download and can be purchased directly via the Windows Store shop. Note that the success unlocked in these games will then be synchronized within his Xbox account.
